I have a passion for understanding a customer's journey. The first 15 years of my professional career were spent in various customer experience roles at Wayfair, identifying and understanding customers' needs and challenges, and then designing, developing and executing solutions to get them what they need through a delightful experience. I'm a Massachusetts native, born and raised in Needham. My 4 years of college in Pennsylvania is the only time I've lived outside of the greater Boston area. My wife and I moved to Walpole in 2014 and have truly fallen in love with the town and community. We have two kids, Nora and Teddy, who are thriving in the schools in town. As a real estate professional, and longtime native to the area, I have put my extensive consumer focused experience to use in both finding people new homes, and aiding sellers capitalizing on understanding how the buyers of today are searching for a new home.
